DPI Freezing
Storing - Our frozen snow crab cocktail claws can be stored in your freezer for several months.
Thawing - To thaw snow crab cocktail claws, place them in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly in a colander, under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine. Left-over snow crab cocktail claws should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.
DPI Packaging
Packaging - Our snow crab cocktail claws are flash-frozen, glazed, then packaged in 1 lb clear plastic bags for easy freezer storage. Each bag includes 16 to 24 cocktail claws.
How Much to Order - For a full meal, we recommend one pound per person. As an appetizer, 3-5 claws per person is generally adequate. However, bear in mind that at a party - your cocktail claws will likely receive more attention than other appetizers being served!
