Yield: 1 1/4 cups
1 cup prepared Salsa or Ketchup
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting twist. Mix all ingredients together and let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
