Ingredients:

1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1/4 tsp Coarse Salt
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground

Directions:

Mash the garlic and salt together in a small bowl, with the back of a spoon. Stir in the mustard and lemon juice. Whisk in the olive oil, vinegar, and pepper.
