American Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients:

1 fat clove Garlic 1/2 small Onion 1 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp ground Cumin 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder 1/2 tsp Cayenne 1 tsp dried Thyme 1 tsp dried Oregano 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

Crush the garlic and onion in a mortar, and mix all the ingredients together. This mixture is rubbed into fish to be roasted or grilled. As variations, dried sage, basil
or fennel can be used instead of the thyme and oregano.

1 Tbsp Thyme Leaves 1 Tbsp instant minced Onion 1 Tbsp instant minced Garlic 2 tsp ground Black Pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl combine thyme, onion, garlic, black pepper, paprika, red pepper and orange peel. Mix to blend well. Spoon into a tightly covered jar. Crush mixture
between your palms just before using to release flavors. Use in making sauces, soups, stews, to season and coat chicken, fish or vegetables, or stir into your favorite appetizer dip mixture for
vegetables.
