1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad
Dressing 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 large Dill Pickle, cut into pieces 1/4 small
Onion 1 large Egg, hard boiled, quartered 1 Tbsp Capers, drained 1 tsp Chives, snipped
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until chopped. Chill. Serve tartar sauce with your favorite fish. Makes 2
cups.
Hamburger relish gives this creamy, flavorful sauce its pretty pink color. In small serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill until ready
to serve. Yields 8 servings.
Cajun Tartar Sauce
Ingredients:
4 cups Mayonnaise 1 cup
Parsley, chopped fine 1 cup Sweet Relish, chopped and drained 1 dash Lea & Perrins 1 cup Chow Chow,
sour, drained 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped 1 dash Louisiana Hot Sauce 1 medium Onion, chopped fine
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1/2 cup.
