Broken Snow Crab
We try not to break it, but well... sometimes it just breaks.  Since we don't pack broken in our shipments as a policy, we occasionally end up with a small supply of broken.

Our broken snow crab is a mix of both Opilio and Bairdi.  It consists of both broken leg pieces and knuckle pieces
