Scallops Zinfandel

1/2 lb large Scallops
1/2 cup White Zinfandel Wine
2 Tbsp Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
Plain Crackers
Salt and Pepper, to taste


Place scallops in a baking dish and pour the Zinfandel wine over them. Sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic, and crumbled crackers. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Garnish with fresh parsley.
