Fresh Alaska scallops should be enjoyed within 2 or 3 days of delivery to your home. As with all fresh fish, store in a shallow pan or tray on the bottom shelf of your refrigerator.

Tip: you can prolong the shelf life fresh seafood by placing a bag of ice cubes directly on top of it. (Make sure that the fish does not sit in a pool of melted water).
