Quick and Simple Smoked Salmon Chowder

Yield: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz Smoked Salmon
1 cup Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Dill Weed
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Flake smoked salmon with a fork and set aside. Heat soup and milk, bringing it to a boil. Add flaked smoked salmon. Then season with dill, freshly ground pepper, and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
