Broiled Catfish Steaks

1 lb Catfish Steaks, (4 steaks)
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Lemon Slices
fresh Dill Sprigs


Rinse steaks under cold, running water, then pat dry and set aside. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, paprike, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Stir well. Brush half of mixture over 1 side of catfish steaks.

Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack and broil 4-5" from heat for about 6 minutes. Carfully turn catfish over and brush with remaining tomato mixture. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Garnish broiled catfish steaks with lemon and dill.
