Fresh black cod fillet portions should be enjoyed within 2 or 3 days of delivery to your home. Like all fresh fish, store in a shallow pan or tray on the bottom shelf of your refrigerator.

Tip: You can prolong the shelf life of fresh seafood by placing a bag of ice cubes directly on top of it (make sure that the fish does not sit in a pool of melted water).
