1 1/2 lbs fresh Ahi Tuna, cubed
1 tsp each of Salt, Paprika, and Pepper
6 Tbsp Butter
1 Spanish Onion
1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup blanched Almonds, grated
1 tsp crushed Red Chilis
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Honey
2 cups Coconut Milk
Sprinkle tuna cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the butter in a large skillet and fry the onion and garlic with the tuna to brown. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve coconut tuna with rice pilaf.
