  • Items with a near-expiration date, or aged inventory. (This will always be clearly marked.)
  • Broken crab legs - great for shucking, making stock, or even plating.

In the case of all lot-closeouts, we explain why the item is considered overstock, exactly what any flaws are, and how you can utilize the item to lower your food costs, and build your 'bottom-line'.
