Delivery Dates & Times
You will be able to choose your delivery date at the time you place your order. Available deliveries are Tuesdays - Fridays.

$29 Flat-Rate deliveries are generally made before 5:00 PM. Priority Flat-Rate deliveries cost $58, are available as an upgrade, and are typically made before 12:00 noon.

Tip: To receive your order earlier without paying more, ship it to work! (Express shipping carriers generally deliver to businesses first.)
Order Confirmation and Tracking Number
You will receive an emailed order confirmation. (If you cannot find your order confirmation, check your email program’s Spam folder.)

You will receive an emailed tracking number when the shipping carrier picks-up your package from our facility. This occurs between 10AM - 2PM, Alaska Time. (Note that Alaska is 4 hours behind the East Coast, so you should expect to see your tracking number by 6PM Eastern Time.)

How much does shipping cost?
FLAT-RATE Overnight shipping from Alaska costs $29, and is available in most major US cities. Shipping includes insulated box, dry ice, insurance, and overnight delivery service via FedEx or UPS. Some (typically rural) areas require PRIORITY Flat-Rate shipping, which costs $58. HAWAII Flat-Rate shipping costs $79.

How do you ship?
We ship our seafood in insulated boxes, packed with dry ice, using FedEx or UPS overnight service.

How do I track my package?
When the package leaves our facility, we will email you a tracking number.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can place multiple orders for different locations. This requires placing an order for each destination. Call us toll-free at 888-926-3474, a customer service professional will gladly assist you.

Do you ship to Canada?
No, not at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the US.

Can I use my own FedEx or UPS account?
We’re sorry; we cannot accept 3rd-party FedEx or UPS account numbers.

What do I do if my package arrived late?
Receive the package, and inspect it. Frozen, vacuum-packed seafood should be frozen solid. Any frozen seafood that has begun to thaw - but is still icy, is perfectly safe to eat, and can be enjoyed right away. Any fresh seafood that arrives in a box with any remnant of ice, or dry ice also in the box, is perfectly safe to eat, and can also be enjoyed right away. We pack our frozen seafood with dry ice, in a manner designed to maintain quality even if the shipping carrier delivers it late by one day.
