Yield: 8 servings


1 lb Shrimp
1 lb Scallops
1 lb Smoked Salmon
1 cup cooked Rice
1/2 cup Red Peppers, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Cream
10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp Butter


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare rice and reserve. Clean and cut vegetables. Saute shrimp and scallops in butter over medium heat until opaque. Be careful not to overcook as they will toughen. Put aside in bowl. Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms until tender. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake casserole uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through.
