2 cups Buttermilk
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp Salt
Several dashes Tabasco Sauce
Pepper, to taste
3 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
Self-rising Flour


Combine all ingredients except flour and blend well. Dip fish in egg batter, then roll in flour. Fry in moderately hot oil until golden brown. If oil is too hot, batter will burn. Cut fish into thin strips before dipping in batter.
