Pancake Batter

1 cup Pancake Mix
1 Egg
1 can 7-Up Soda
2 cups Flour
Salt and Pepper, to taste


Mix pancake mix, egg and 7-Up together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix flour, salt and pepper. Cut fish into strips or bite-size pieces. Roll fish in flour. Dip fish in pancake batter and fry at 375°F until golden brown and crispy.
