Bowl #1 - 1 cup Flour
Bowl #2 - 2 beaten eggs and 1 cup Milk
Bowl #3 - crushed Crackers or Corn Flakes
For all types of white fish. Wash fish in cold water then dip in bowl # 1 then 2 then 3 . Place in frying pan with oil for 3 to 5 minutes turning once.
