		The Bristol Bay 2008 red king crab season opens on October 15th. In prior years, the season typically lasted only 3-5 days. Recent changes in the way the fishery is managed have expanded the season to 3 months. The new rules will allow fishermen much more discretion in when they catch their allotted crab quota. This is also helping to increase the availability of fresh Alaska king crab to consumers. The Bristol Bay crab (delivered live by the fishermen to coastal processors) has been cleaned & broken into clusters, cooked, and flash-frozen. We offer you ultra-high-quality Alaska red king crab, both the Bristol Bay and the giant Captain's Reserve.
