Our scallops are frozen and vacuum-sealed in 1.25 lb. packages. They are shucked, cleaned, and ready to be prepared after thawing. These jumbo scallops are U-10s which means there are under 10 per pound.

Storing & Thawing:

Frozen, vacuum-sealed scallops can be stored in your freezer for several months. Frozen scallops can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 to 16 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably

Serving Sizes:

A one pound package of scallops would be good for 2 to 3 people. That would be about 3 jumbo scallops each.

We're proud to only offer scallops that are 100% phosphate-additive-free! These jumbo-sized morsels caramelize easily in a sauté pan and make a spectacular meal.

Size-grade: 7-10 scallops per pound.


This product ships frozen with dry ice and is ready to be held in your freezer. When you're ready to prepare, make sure to thaw under refrigeration for 12 to 24 hours prior to your meal.
