Simple Smoked Salmon Spread

Yield: 3 1/2 cups


1 1/2 lbs Smoked Salmon
1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Onion, minced
1 Tbsp prepared Mustard
2 tsp Celery, finely chopped
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle, finely chopped


Remove skins and bones from smoked salmon, if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads.
