Leftover Salmon Stuffed Sweet Peppers

2/3 cup Pre-cooked Salmon
1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
1/2 Lemon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Dill
1 Tbsp chopped Red Onion
1 Ziplock Bag
10 Sweet Mini Peppers


Mix salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill seasoning, and red onion in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut off tops of mini peppers and remove seeds from within. Spoon salmon mixture into a ziploc bag. Cut off small corner of ziploc bag and squirt salmon mixture into individual peppers. Serve cold.
