Our wild Alaska King salmon fillets are flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 8 oz. to 1 lb. packages. They are boneless for your dining convenience.

Storing & Thawing:

Frozen king salmon fillets can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed up the thawing process considerably.

Serving Suggestions:

An average serving size of king salmon would be one half pound, however because of the richness of king salmon, a smaller portion size may be desired.
