Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, lime or lemon juice, lime peel, green onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and hot-pepper sauce. Taste and adjust seasonings. Brush melted
butter on toast rounds and arrange in a single layer in a broiler pan. Top each round with a portion of the tuna mixture, then with 1-1/2 tsp cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and tuna mixture is hot.
Makes 16 tuna appetizers.
