Coconut Tuna

Ingredients:

   1 1/2 lbs cubed fresh Tuna
   1 tsp each of Salt, Paprika, & Pepper
   6 Tbsp Butter
   1 Spanish Onion, diced
   1 Garlic Clove, minced
   3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
   3/4 cup grated Almonds, blanched
   1 tsp crushed Red Chilies
   1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
   1 Bay Leaf
   1/4 cup Lemon Juice
   1/4 cup Honey
   2 cups Coconut Milk
   1 cup grated fresh Coconut

Sprinkle tuna cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat the butter in a large skillet and fry the onion and garlic with the tuna to brown. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve coconut tuna with rice pilaf. Serves 6.
