Barbecued Alaska Squid

Ingredients:
   3 lbs. Squid
   Lemon
   Garlic
   Butter
   Thai sweet-hot chili sauce

Directions
Prepare your charcoal or gas grill. Clean the squid and cut into rings. Then skewer them on bamboo skewers. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and use to baste squid on the grill. When coals are red hot, cook the rings for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are golden brown. Basting them with sauce frequently. Use rest of basting mixture as dipping sauce. Serve hot.
