Ingredients: 8 Sole Fillets 1 tsp shallots, minced 1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup dry White Wine 1 cup Seedless Grapes 1/4 cup Cognac 2 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Cream 1/2 tsp Mixed Vegetable Seasoning
Directions: Wash and dry sole fillets. Set fillets in baking dish, side by side.
Sprinkle on minced onion, lemon juice, and white wine. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350F. Meanwhile, slightly bruise grapes and marinate in cognac. Make a sauce of
butter, flour and cream, then add mixed vegetable seasoning. Combine sauce with grapes and cognac. Pour over sole fillets and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve sole
by removing from baking dish then pouring remaining sauce over fillets. Serves 4.
