Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. Smoked Salmon 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp minced Onion
1 Tbsp prepared Mustard 2 tsp finely chopped Celery 1 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce 1 clove Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley 2 Tbsp finely chopped Sweet Pickle
Directions Remove skins and bones from smoked salmon, if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with
remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads. Yields 3-1/2 cups.
