Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. Smoked Salmon 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp minced Onion
1 Tbsp prepared Mustard 2 tsp finely chopped Celery 1 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove Garlic, crushed 2 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley 2 Tbsp finely chopped Sweet Pickle Directions: Remove skins and
bones from smoked salmon, if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads. Yields
3-1/2 cups.
