Smoked Salmon Chowder

Ingredients:

   8oz Smoked Salmon
   1 cup cream of potato soup
   1 cup Milk
   1 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
   Dill Weed
   Salt and Pepper

Flake smoked salmon with a fork and set aside. Heat soup and milk, brining it to a boil. Add flaked smoked salmon. Then season with dill, freshly ground pepper, and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve with chopped fresh parsley. Makes 2 to 3 bowls of chowder.
