Ingredients: 4.5oz can small Shrimp
Two 3oz packages Cream Cheese, softened 1 1/2 tsp mustard 1 Tbsp Onion, grated 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
dash Cayenne Pepper dash of Salt 2/3 cup Chopped Nuts
Directions: Blend cream cheese, mustard, onion,
lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse shrimp and drain thoroughly. Break shrimp into pieces and stir into cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Form into 1/2 inch balls and
roll in chopped nuts just prior to serving. Makes 3 dozen yummy appetizers.
