Spicy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:
   12 jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
   3 Tbsp Olive Oil 
   2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
   2 Tbsp White Wine
   1 tsp Salt
   2 Tbsp minced Garlic 
   3 Tbsp unsalted Butter
   1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, more to taste
   2 Tbsp chopped Parsley

Directions:
Heat oil in a medium-sized skillet. Over medium heat, add the shrimp. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic, pepper flakes, lemon juice, wine and salt. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and beat in the butter. Remove from heat and mix in the parsley. Serve scampi over your favorite pasta or rice.
