Easy Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:
   2 lbs large Shrimp
   1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
   1/4 cup fresh Parsley 
   4 drops Hot Sauce
   1 cup Olive Oil
   1 tsp Salt
   1 Tbsp Oregano
   1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
   4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
   Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinade 2 hours at room temperature. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn and broil about 1 to 2 minutes more. Do not over cook or shrimp will toughen. Shrimp can be served over rice or your favorite pasta.
