Ingredients: Shrimp Flour Eggs Milk
Japanese Bread Crumbs Frying Oil
Directions: Take large shrimp and peel shell off leaving the tail. Then take shrimp and
butterfly. Coat shrimp with flour by placing in a bag and shaking. Take the floured shrimp and dip in mixed egg and milk. After dipping shrimp in egg and milk coat the
shrimp with japanese bread crumbs. Deep fry shrimp in hot oil to a golden color, about 2 minutes.
