Ingredients 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 6 jumbo Shrimp
1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Shallots, finely chopped 3 cloves of fresh Garlic, finely chopped 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
2 oz Sherry 2 oz Brandy Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions Saute olive oil, butter, and garlic for
about 1 minute. Add shallots and prawns to the mixture. Saute for 2 minutes on each side of prawns. Flame with Brandy. Add Sherry and steam for 2 more minutes. Serve
over rice or your favorite pasta.
