California Shrimp Salad Recipe

 

 

California Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

     1 lb cooked Shrimp, peeled and deveined
     1/2 bunch Water cress
     12 Lettuce Leaves
     12 Grapefruit Sections
     1 Avocado
     1/4 cup French Dressing
     Paprika

Arrange several lettuce leaves and water cress on each of 4 pre-chilled plate. Cut avocado into crescent-shaped slices. Skin grapefruit and pull part sections. Arrange alternate slices of avocado and grapefruit around edge of plates. Place shrimp in center of each salad plate. Pour french dressing lightly over each shrimp salad. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve cold. Makes 4 individual salads.
