Ingredients: 1 lb. Scallops 4 Tbsp heavy Cream 4 tsp fine dry Bread Crumbs
4 tsp melted Butter 4 Scallop Shells
Directions: Place four or five scallops in each of four greased scallop shells.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp cream to each shell. Top with 1 tsp bread crumbs and 1 tsp of melted butter. Bake in oven at 450F for 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
