Ingredients 1 lb Alaska Scallops ground Black Pepper, to taste
bottle of Lambrusco, or other semi-dry red wine Paprika
Directions Cover the bottom of a glass casserole dish with
a single layer of scallops. Pour wine over scallops. Wine should be as deep as scallops are thick. Mix a little pepper and paprika together, and sprinkle over the top. Bake at
350 until tops begin to turn light brown. Serves 2 to 4, depending on size of cooking dish.
