Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
   1/2 cup Sour Cream
   1/4 cup Pineapple, crushed and drained
   2 Tbsp Lemon, peeled and diced
   2 Tbsp Green Pepper, finely chop
   1 Tbsp Onion, chopped
   1 Tbsp light Brown Sugar
   1 1/2 tsp Lemon Rind, grated
   1/4 tsp dry Mustard
   1/4 tsp Celery Salt
   1/8 tsp Cloves, ground

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Makes 1 cup of lemon sauce. Great for drizzling on most white fish fillets or steaks.
