Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:
   1 cup real Mayonnaise
   1/2 tsp dry Mustard
   2 Egg Whites
   1/4 tsp Salt, optional
   2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions
In small saucepan with wire whisk beat all ingredients until smooth. Stirring constantly , cook over medium-low heat until thick (do not boil). Serve over vegetables or fish. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
