Ingredients:
   1/2 cup Tomato Juice
   1 tsp Horseradish
   1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
   1/2 tsp Vinegar
   1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
   1 Parsley spring, chopped

Directions
Mix thoroughly and chill. Good with all seafood. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Seafood Cocktail Sauce #2

Ingredients:
   3/4 cup Chili sauce
   2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
   1 Tbsp Horseradish
   2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
   1/2 tsp grated Onion
   dash of bottled Pepper Sauce

Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Add salt to taste. Chill. Makes 1 1/4 cup sauce.

Seafood Cocktail Sauce #3

Ingredients:
   3 2/3 oz Ketchup
   3 2/3 oz Chili Sauce
   3 1/2 oz Horseradish, finely shredded
   1 oz Worcestershire Sauce
   2 Lemons, juice of

Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serving Size: 1akes 1 1/4 cups.
