Ingredients:
   3 tsp prepared Horseradish
   2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
   1 cup Ketchup
   2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
   1/4 tsp Salt

Directions
Combine ingredients in a food processor process until smooth. Cover and chill. Servings: 5.

Bubba's Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:
   1 cup Chili Sauce
   1/3 cup Lemon Juice
   3 Tbsp prepared Horseradish
   1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
   1/4 tsp Hot Sauce

Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. Yields 1 1/2 cups.

Peppy Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:
   1/2 cup Ketchup
   1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
   1/2 cup Chili Sauce
   1/2 tsp grated Onion
   3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
   1/4 tsp Salt
   1 Tbsp prepared Horseradish
   1/4 tsp Liquid Hot Pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
