Paprika Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

     3 Tbsp Butter
     1 minced Onion
     1 cup minced Mushrooms
     2 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
     1 cup Cream

Directions:

Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until translucent. Add sweet paprika. Stir briefly. Add cream slowly, stir constantly. Season sauce to taste.
