1 small Onion, chopped fine 2 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
3 Tbsp Olive Oil 4 Tbsp fresh Basil, chopped 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley 3 lbs Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste 1/4 cup dry White Wine
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, white wine, and parsley. Cook for about 10 minutes to heat and blend
well. Serve immediately over your favorite cooked pasta and seafood. Makes enough marinara sauce for about 1 pound of pasta.
