Seafood Cocktail Sauce


	Ingredients:
	1/2 cup Tomato Juice 1 tsp Horseradish 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice 1 Parsley spring, chopped

	Directions:
	Mix thoroughly and chill. Good with all seafood. Makes about 1/2 cup.

	Ingredients:
	3/4 cup Chili sauce 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp Horseradish 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp grated Onion dash of bottled Pepper Sauce

	Directions:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Add salt to taste. Chill. Makes 1 1/4 cup sauce.

	Ingredients:
	1 cup prepared Salsa or Ketchup 1 Tbsp Horseradish 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 3 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce

	Directions:

This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting twist. Mix all ingredients together and let stand 1/2 hour before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
