This is a basic seafood cocktail sauce, although using salsa in place of ketchup will give it an interesting twist. Mix all ingredients together and let stand 1/2 hour
before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients:
3 2/3 oz Ketchup 3 2/3 oz Chili Sauce 3 1/2 oz Horseradish, finely shredded
1 oz Worcestershire Sauce 2 Lemons, juice of
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serving Size: 1
