Ingredients: 1 slice Whole wheat Bread
1/4 cup drained, flaked, canned Salmon 1 Egg, beaten 1/2 cup evaporated Skim Milk 1 Tbsp chopped Onion
1 Tbsp chopped Celery 1 Tbsp chopped Parsley 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp dried Dill Weed
dash Pepper 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Coat small souffle dish with non-stick spray.
In bowl, break bread into small pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into prepared souffle dish. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes
out clean. Serving Size 1.
