Mustard-Herb Marinade

Ingredients:

   1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
   2 Tbsp dry Mustard
   2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
   1/4 cup dry White Wine
   2 Tbsp dried Tarragon
   2 Tbsp dried Thyme
   2 Tbsp dried Sage, crushed

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Let stand 1 hour. Add fish and coat well. Let stand in marinade. Pat dry with paper towels. Use the remaining marinade to baste fish just before removing from the grill.
