Ingredients:
1 cup dry White Wine 3 large Shallots, minced 2 large Garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 10 Peppercorns, crushed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
