Cut mahi mahi into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Heat sesame oil at medium high in a large non-stick skillet. Saute green peppers, garlic and onion until soft. Add mahi mahi and
stir fry until they look opaque (about 5 minutes). Add salsa and heat until all the way hot. Garnish with fresh cucumber slices. Serve with hot garlic bread. Makes 6 servings.
