Easy Macadamia Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

   1 Mahi Mahi Fillet ( about 2 lbs)
   1 container Pina Colada Yogurt (8 oz)
   1/2 tsp Salt
   1 Tbsp Butter
   1 cup Macadamia Nuts (3 1/2 oz)

Directions:

Place mahi mahi fillets in zip-lock bag. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly to coat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi mahi in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to serving platter and sprinkle with toasted macadamia nuts.
